Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers via various communication channels (voice, email, chat, social media).
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, or queries, offering solutions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to assist customers accurately.
  • Order Processing & Tracking:
  • Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and managing refunds where applicable.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping:
  • Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Escalation Management:
  • Identify critical issues and escalate them to senior support staff or management when necessary.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies while handling all customer interactions.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling (Optional):
  • Offer additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences (if applicable).

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of a high school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent. Graduates preferred.
  • Candidates must have 3+ Years of experience in the stock market.
  • Prior experience in customer service, tele calling, or a BPO environment is a plus.
  • Focus on getting quality customers to generate revenues from investment products.
  • Dept knowledge about investment products and cross-selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or regional languages and analytical skills to get high volume customers on board (depending on the location and target customers).
