Job description

Location: Remote (please note that we can only consider your application if you are located in one of the countries we operate in, which are: Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, UK)

Contract Type: Freelance/Contract

Duration: Approximately one year, with potential to continue based on project needs

Rate: Approx. €50 per hour; individual projects may change hourly range

Tasks

  • Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it.

  • Design new products - including stamps, paper, tools, kits, ephemera, and embellishments - that align with strategies defined in the scope of work.

  • Consistently work through product assignments to meet deadlines as defined in the scope of work.

  • Collaborate and update artwork as requested by the design contact or, if applicable, cross-departmental panel partners.

  • Ensure output artwork is complete, accurate, and follows defined product guidelines.


Requirements

Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, illustration, or equivalent and 1–2 years professional experience in a graphic design or product design role

  • Expertise with and access to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently while maintaining strong attention to detail to deliver accurate and timely artwork

  • Effectively communicate through email, project management systems, and virtual meetings

  • Very good English language skills


Helpful Skills and Experience:



  • Experience with fine arts painting mediums: watercolor, oil, acrylic, gouache, and/or pastels

  • Design experience in craft and DIY, greeting cards, or paper crafting industry

  • Experience designing for diverse age demographics

  • Experience designing for various countries and regions including North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, adapting to cultural preferences and market trends

  • 1–2 years of experience in a contract role or freelance career
