About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you bring exceptional product instincts and a strong grasp of UX/UI design principles to drive strategy, execution, and delivery across the platform. You’ll be instrumental in translating complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, user-centric solutions, ensuring seamless, intuitive experiences across our web and mobile platforms.

This is a remote role with the option to work anywhere in India.

You Will

Analyze user feedback and market trends to uncover insights that inform product improvements and innovation.
Champion the voice of the user to shape features that drive real, measurable impact.
Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Translate user insights, product data, and business requirements into clear, actionable product specs.
Guide design processes by applying strong UX/UI sensibility to ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Collaborate closely with UX designers to enhance usability, aesthetics, and product consistency.
Work side-by-side with engineers to scope technical feasibility, align on delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality releases.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery, testing, and launch.
Oversee testing and validation to ensure features meet quality standards, solve the right problems, and create value.
Coordinate product launches with marketing and sales to maximize adoption and visibility across key channels.

You Have

5+ years in product management, with a strong focus on UX/UI design.
BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related fields. MBA will be good to have but not necessary.
Good understanding of UX/UI design principles, with the ability to guide design processes for optimal user experience.
Experience working closely with engineering teams, with an understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and user feedback.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
