Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering.
Will have at least 3-5 years of local residential structural and civil engineering experience.
The ability to work in a busy team environment
Experience using AutoCAD, Structural Toolkit & Clearcalcs (preferable)
Demonstrated timber, masonry, steel, and reinforced concrete design expertise to the

relevant Australian Standards.

Project experience in the design, drafting, and analysis of;

Single and multi-story timber/steel-framed residential dwellings.
Warehouses.
Townhouse developments.
Experience in Drainage Design and liaising with local councils.
On-site expertise.

Qualities

Excellent time management skills.
Displays drive, teamwork, and self-motivation.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Including the ability to

communicate well with colleagues and clients.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide Engineering designs and documentation
Structural & Civil Drafting via AutoCAD
Prepare Structural & Civil calculations and drawings via Structural Toolkit and Clearcalcs.
Maintain strong relationships with our loyal and well-established client base.
Liaise with clients and builders to provide creative and thorough design solutions.
