We're now scaling up, both locally & globally, and due to the success of our NextGen Assessment Center projects we need a Assessment Project Specialist to work under the guidance of our Assessment Solutions Team Lead and Assessment Innovation Lead.

About This Role 

As our Assessment Project Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • With support from Assessment Solution Team Lead and Assessment Innovation Lead, manage advisory and assessment delivery processes for clients, including planning, coordinating assessors and project teams, monitoring operations, managing risks, and maintaining client communication to achieve work targets according to the timeline and scope agreed upon with the client
  • Spearheading initiatives for process standardization and improvements in assessment delivery process
  • Play supporting role in planning and developing assessment and exercise assessment content, including fulfilling client requests for service products
  • Lead the analysis of user data and assessment results to support research and product development, providing data-driven insights and reports
  • Assisting in establishing and managing collaborations with external parties for the development of assessment and exercise content
  • Continuously research and analyze the latest trends in assessment, applying new insights to ensure product relevance and alignment with industry and user needs

  • Have a good understanding about the end to end HR processes
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good command in English and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good communication skills and able to work as a team as well as individually
  • High integrity and ability to work with low supervision
  • Must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, attending virtual video meetings
