We are hiring for an Transportation Analyst. Successful candidates combine strong data analytics skills with a passion for helping clients achieve transportation goals. This role requires strategic focus on project, program, and process management using Infios' Business Intelligence platform, along with the ability to bridge transportation expertise and technical knowledge to support product enhancements and customer needs. This position is open to US citizens and green card holders.

What a day in the life looks like:
•   Analyze large transportation data sets to identify insights and help clients execute data-driven decisions
•   Deliver business reviews highlighting transportation spend, trends, savings opportunities, and Infios’ value
•   Monitor market conditions to assess their impact on client transportation budgets and operations
•   Design and manage KPI reporting solutions using Infios’ proprietary BI tools
•   Act as a client point of contact, responding to requests and maintaining strong, professional relationships
•   Collaborate across internal teams to enhance software tools, reporting solutions, and overall customer experience

What you bring to the team:
•   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Analytics, or related field preferred
•   1–3 years of experience managing customer accounts or relationships; B2B software experience is a plus
•   Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and problem-solving skills
•   Ability to understand customer challenges and proactively deliver effective solutions
•   Proficiency with large data sets and tools like Excel, Access, or SQL; data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
•   Growth mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments and strong attention to detail

Base Salary 55 – 65K
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
