Compensation for this position is negotiable and will be determined based on location, the candidate's years of experience, education, and skill set.

Job Profile:
- Proactively assist the distribution sales team with account activity, pre- and post-sales support.
- Be engaged in distributor strategy & manage shared account ownership with distribution sales team.
- Support distribution sales team with presentations, data analytics, QBR Prep, monitoring marketing and promotion of our products on our distributor websites
- Collaborate w/outside sales team to provide quotes, sample requests, & general account support.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team colleagues to support our channel partners (distribution partners and Sales Reps)
- Maintain accurate data in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Continuously analyze sales numbers and share with the team to drive proactive sales operations.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement for global and scalable processes.
- Consistently and actively collaborate and coordinate with colleagues nationally and globally.
- Ability and desire to learn about Sensirion product offerings, application use-cases and industry knowledge.
- Other duties and special projects may be assigned relating to Channel events, SalesForce projects, Quarterly Reviews, Electronic Distributor Show (EDS) meeting prep or global process improvement projects, etc.
- 20% travel requirement, nationally and/or internationally, depending on business purposes such as trainings, meetings, etc.
Your Profile:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service roles, specifically working with distribution partners or sales reps.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, being able to think critically under stress, and suggest and implement solutions to identified problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with gathering and analyzing data, concluding relevant actions, and presenting results.
- Ability to travel up to 20% nationally and/or internationally depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Previous experience or understanding of sales rep and distribution networks in the electronic component industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience with SharePoint and/or Confluence or other Data Management Systems.
- Knowledge of distribution processes (design registrations, ship & debit programs, RMA processes, etc.)
- Strive to always question data and seek to understand the source and what it means to be able to provide data driven decisions (management of data, analytics to drive strategy).
- Ability to efficiently and effectively search for information through available tools and systems.
