As a Sales Operations - CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the success of our sales teams by designing and optimizing a streamlined sales process. You'll empower the team through data-driven insights, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Your ability to enhance productivity and effectiveness will be crucial as you implement strategic solutions that directly impact business growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Optimize Sales Processes:

  • Act as the go-to expert on HubSpot automation, driving key trends and projects to improve sales performance.
  • Maintain and elevate sales reporting, crafting new reports as needed to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage a large, organized CRM database of prospects and deals, ensuring it’s always up-to-date and aligned with team goals.
  • Analyze customer data to recommend strategic actions for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with sales reps to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline workflows to maximize productivity.
  • Replicate global best practices across teams, ensuring processes and results are consistently optimized worldwide.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement sales operations policies and procedures that align with company goals.

Ensure Alignment with Company Strategy

  • Make sure daily tasks and initiatives are aligned with broader company strategies, driving results and fostering growth.

 

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, with direct experience managing a CRM in a B2B industry, preferably Fintech.
  • You’re a perfectionist, meticulous in your work and able to manage and document every detail in a CRM.
  • Hands-on experience as a CRM administrator (Salesforce or HubSpot certification is a plus).
  • Proficient in building and optimizing CRM systems – from custom objects to workflows, formula fields, and views.
  • You’re a creative, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and ensure smooth adoption across teams.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of the impact of new requirements on HubSpot and related systems, processes, and applications.
  • Data management expertise, with the ability to use insights to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Professional proficiency in English is a must.
