Minimum of 5 years of experience in bids and proposals within a regulated industry., Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a technical field is preferred., Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an understanding of basic contract language., Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, with advanced fluency in Spanish..
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the central point of contact for proposals across all sales territories.
Manage the bid and proposal process from request receipt to submission of compliant proposals.
Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with technical leads to develop effective solutions for bids.
Lead workshops and reviews to enhance the bid process and ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Responsibilities
Central Point of contact for proposals from all sales territories
Act as Project Manager for the Bid and Proposal (B&P) team for receipt of request through submission of compliant proposals to customer
Manages the bidding interface between departments including Sales, Engineering, PMO, Logistics and those with sign-off responsibility
Work with sales and assigned technical leads (Engineers, Project Managers, Logisticians etc) to translate technical specifications to develop effective technical, management and service solutions to win bids and increase revenue.
