Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $140k - $155k annually (depending on experience)

Work Location: This is a remote position.

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. This position may require occasional travel to customer sites across the US.

Essential Functions:

Project Management of corporate and customer automation efforts (UiPath, Power Platform, etc.), assisting with backlog/prioritization.
Requirements gathering/analysis and project tracking thru bot/automation delivery and sustainment.

Includes management & tracking of UiPath Orchestrator Tenancy and developer licenses.

Participates as member of corporate Center of Excellence, specifically in the RPA branch with a focus on external customer growth/management.

Supports holistic approach to incorporate DevSecOps and Data Analytics as part of RPA offerings/capabilities.

Supervise a growing team of RPA developers supporting multiple, simultaneous projects.

Interface with Program Managers as needed for resource/budget management, contract constraints, etc.

Customer facing POC for demos, automation analysis, and costing.
Analyze business processes for identification of automation opportunities or expansion of existing automations.

Create and maintain documentation of automation solutions, including ROI metrics.

Research and assessment of new platform features/capabilities for DoD and commercial customers.

Experience as an IT project manager required.

Experience creating, coordinating, and tracking project schedules, tasking, and budgets required.
Experience working in a DoD software development/IT environment required.
BS/BA or AA/AS degree and 10 years’ related experience OR HS and 12 years’ related experience.
