Title – HR Business Partner (Manager Level)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR strategy for the business unit, working closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with overall business goals.
  • Drive and manage organizational change , guiding leadership through complex transformations and ensuring successful execution of change management initiatives.
  • Oversee and implement HR solutions that address the business unit's key people needs, including talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership teams , offering strategic advice, coaching, and development programs to strengthen management capabilities.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle , from recruitment through to performance management and career development, ensuring a positive and impactful employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement , wellness, and retention, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and business objectives.
  • Offer HR support and consultation to employees at all levels, managing complex employee relations and providing solutions that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment in the implementation of company-wide HR processes and initiatives, adapting them to meet local business needs.
  • Provide insights and expertise in decision-making processes related to human capital, bringing external perspectives and best practices to strategic and operational discussions.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in HRBP roles, with a strong background in partnering with leadership teams and driving organizational change.
  • Experience working with global teams and in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement organizational changes and lead complex HR initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of HR disciplines, including talent management, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, and utilizing HR data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Educational Requirements
  • BA in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced qualification preferred, though not required.
