What difference will you make?
Key Responsibilities Project Management Effectively manage the Ambassadors project from inception until completion. Develop and manage the overall structure, strategy, and timeline for the Ambassador programme. Work with HR in the recruitment, selection and onboarding process of ambassadors. Stakeholder Management Work with research consultants for them to design and implement a comprehensive training programme for ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the missions and values of Endometriosis South Coast. Liase with ambassadors to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the objectives established by Endometriosis South Coast, and of the deliverables. Provide ongoing mentorship, support and performance evaluation for ambassadors. Manage stakeholder relationships including volunteers, healthcare professionals and sponsors. Take a key role in the Ambassadors project, acting as primary point of contact for any queries that are received. Communications & Coordination Marketing & communication strategies to promote the programme. Metrics & Tracking Monitor and evaluate the impact of the programme, reporting key metrics to leadership. Finance & Resource Management Develop and oversee the budget. Ensuring effective allocation of resources. Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks associated with the programme execution, developing solution to any risks that emerge in the Ambassadors project.

Proactive individual who is confident when working alone and when working with stakeholders. Knowledge and previous experience or application of project management methodologies such as Agile or SCRUM would be desirable.

The Endometriosis South Coast Ambassador Programme aims to recruit and empower passionate individuals to raise awareness, advocate for change, and support people affected by endometriosis. Ambassadors will represent the organisation in their communities, online, and at events, helping to expand the reach and impact of Endometriosis South Coast. Objectives Increase awareness and understanding of endometriosis. Strengthen the support network for individuals with endometriosis. Engage with local and national communities to advocate for policy change. Develop a team of dedicated ambassadors who can represent the organisation effectively. Enhance the visibility of Endometriosis South Coast through events, social media, and outreach. Scope Recruitment of ambassadors from diverse backgrounds. Training and resources to support ambassador activities. Structured ambassador roles, including advocacy, awareness- raising and community engagement. Regular check- ins, networking opportunities, and feedback mechanisms. Clear guidelines and expectations for ambassadors. Key Deliverables Ambassador recruitment strategy and application process. Resource pack including key messages, branding guidelines and outreach materials. Monitoring and evaluation framework to assess ambassador impact. Onboarding mentorship and support for ambassadors.
