Salesforce Business System Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive internal documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting to support team efficiency and continuity.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with deep hands-on expertise across core modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Digital Experience.
  • Background in a fast-paced startup or SaaS/cybersecurity environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and data management principles.
  • Proficiency in Agile or similar project management methodologies.
  • Solid grasp of release management and change control processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates and features.
  • Proven ability to engage and align with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
