The Bilingual Customer Care Representative (contract position) will manage customer and dealer concerns at our customer contact centre.
Responsibilities Will Include
reading the customer’s file in its entirety
researching all available systems to determine what steps need to be taken to respond to the customer’s concern(s)
working with various departments within FCA Canada to ensure the customer’s needs are met
contacting all necessary parties to gather pertinent information, updating the Case file records as the file progresses, keeping commitments and including details of the final resolution
being committed to a team environment with the ability to provide extraordinary service and delivery of creative and resourceful solutions that will ensure the best interest of our customers
In this position the Bilingual Customer Care Representative (contract position) will work remotely from within the Province of Ontario.

Basic Qualifications
Must be Bilingual (English/French)
College Diploma preferred
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
Must be Team oriented, self-motivated and customer focused
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Technically oriented and dedicated to providing first rate customer service
