About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HRIS Implementation Lead to manage and coordinate the preparation and execution of our transition to Workday as our global HRIS platform. This individual will serve as the project lead for The Americas region, which includes multiple recently acquired entities currently operating on systems such as ADP, Paylocity, and Greenhouse ATS. This is a critical role to ensure smooth data migration, stakeholder engagement, process harmonization, and change management across a diverse HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Implementation
Act as the Workday implementation project lead for The Americas, partnering with global Workday project leadership
Own and manage the regional HRIS implementation plan, timeline, and milestones
Liaise with system owners and key HR stakeholders from legacy systems (ADP, Paylocity, Greenhouse) to gather and validate requirements
Data Readiness & Migration
Assess and map current data across multiple systems
Lead data cleansing, transformation, and validation efforts for successful migration into Workday
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards throughout
Process Mapping & Harmonization
Facilitate process discovery workshops with HR teams from acquired companies to understand existing workflows
Identify opportunities to harmonize and standardize HR processes across entities
Translate regional HR process needs into global Workday configuration requirements
Change Management & Communication
Partner with HR leadership to develop communication and training plans for impacted teams
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and project sponsors
Ensure a smooth user experience through change readiness and stakeholder engagement
Testing & Go-Live Support
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support issue resolution
Document test results and feedback
Support regional HR teams through cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
Requirements
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in HRIS project implementation or management, with at least one full-cycle Workday implementation.
Experience working with multiple HR systems, particularly ADP, Paylocity, and Greenhouse
Strong understanding of HR processes and data (e.g., core HR, compensation, performance, recruiting)
Exceptional project management skills, including experience managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience working across acquired businesses or complex integrations is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-change environments
Self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
