Contract: 8 Month Fixed Term

Start Date: We are aiming for the successful postholder to start in June/July 2025

We have an incredibly exciting Performance Development Project Lead position available, which will play a vital role in shaping and implementing a forward-thinking performance development framework at Alzheimer's Society. You'll project manage and deliver an organisation-wide approach that enables high performance, agile goal-setting, continuous feedback, and inclusive career growth. Your work will empower managers and employees alike, fostering great conversations that are fully aligned with our strategy and our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) ambitions.


This is an amazing opportunity to lead a project with real cultural impact, while working closely with cross-functional teams across the Society.

  • You have experience leading large-scale people projects that deliver cultural and strategic change.
  • You are highly collaborative, organised, and proactive, with exceptional project management skills.
  • You have strong expertise in performance development, employee engagement, EDI and talent management.
  • You enjoy using data and insights to shape decision-making and create continuous improvement.
  • You’re a confident communicator, able to challenge the status quo and influence at all levels.
  • You are passionate about making a real difference to employees’ experience and development.
