That’s where YOU come in! Our clinical recruitment team is growing, and we are looking for an entry level clinical recruiter with a PTA or Physical Therapist background. This position will have a big impact by engaging with other physical therapists who will deliver world class clinical care through the Luna platform.
This is not a typical "recruiter" position as it is not full cycle. Rather you are "recruiting" Physical Therapists to participate as a provider in the vast Luna network; thus, is more of an inside sales associate who develops prospects in creative and diverse ways, propelling our mission forward. With customer service and marketing outreach at the forefront, this person will create sourcing strategies designed to attract applicants from top talent pools both externally and within our CRM. This is a fully remote position with tremendous trajectory for continued professional growth based on desire, performance, and support for the Luna mission, vision and values.
How you will have an impactUtilize diverse set of approaches to achieve sourcing objectives (social media searches, Boolean searches, mass emails, cold calls, referrals and apps, (ie Phantom Buster,) etc. Establish and maintain connections with candidates in an authentic mannerSign physical therapists to join the Luna platform in accordance with established quarterly goalsCultivate a robust network of potential candidates and clinical pipeline to support growing business demandsWork with clinical recruitment and sales/marketing to identify priority and high-demand markets for sourcing efficiencyContinuous process improvement to streamline processes to deliver qualified leads efficientlyPost jobs and maintain up to date information on all job platforms Utilize ATS/CRM to support nurturing and engagement Format and maintain accurate/organized online search-specific candidate databasesWhat Luna can offer you:Bonus opportunity for meeting quarterly metricsOpportunity to build skill set to position for future advancement in a well-funded start-up where your voice mattersMedical, dental and vision insurance on the first of the month following 30 days of employmentPaid time off, holidays, employer paid life insurance, 401k, pet insurance and more! This is a salaried and fully remote position.You'll be a great fit if you have:Background as a PTA or Physical Therapist requiredBachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or related experience requiredExperience in healthcare or clinical setting where primary responsibilities were related to recruiting, sourcing, or sales development requiredProven experience in meeting and exceeding weekly and quarterly deadlines according to business needsExperience working with an ATS or other CRM system preferred (Hubspot ideal)Working knowledge of various sourcing tools, such as Indeed, Linked In, Boolean, social media, etc is highly preferred. High motivation with a proactive, solution oriented mindset in a dynamic environmentPossess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsIf you are a PTA or PT looking to get into a nonclinical role, and have the eagerness and drive to bring new PTs to the Luna platform, we want to talk to you!
