As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our organization’s IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of CRM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM systems.
Implement and manage security protocols to protect CRM data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to customize solutions according to business requirements.
Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
Investigate and resolve complex problems with systems and software, utilizing technical expertise in a remote environment.
Offer technical guidance and support to remote team members and other departments.
Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT problem resolution, with a focus on support of Customer Relationship Management systems.
Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably with CRM systems.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), ServiceNow) are a plus
Skills:
Proven experience as a CRM System Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).
