The Head of Content & Creatives is a pivotal leadership role designed to bring creative clarity, operationalexcellence, and strategic depth to everything we put into the world. We’re looking for someone who combines visionary creative thinking with high performance execution—a leader who understands the power of brand storytelling, content architecture, and visual identity in driving both emotional connection and business growth.

  • You develop and lead a cross-channel content and creative strategy.
  • You manage a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and producers with clarity and accountability.
  • You bring big ideas to life—from campaign concept to execution across all relevant touchpoints.
  • You ensure brand and legal compliance across design, messaging, and product communication.
  • You build scalable processes that connect brand, performance, and product teams—enabling creative excellence.

  • Lead a high-performing creative team: You lead a versatile team of copywriters, designers, and producers, define clear roles, and foster creative excellence through structured collaboration.
  • Align content and design strategy: You develop a cross-channel strategy that unites brand, storytelling, and growth—ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute campaigns: You own creative concepts and oversee campaigns from ideation to rollout—with a strong focus on impact, relevance, and performance.
  • Establish efficient creative workflows: You implement scalable processes that connect teams and drive projects efficiently—working closely with the Creative Producer.
  • Ensure brand compliance and quality: You guarantee high-quality, legally compliant content and develop standards that promote consistency and creative clarity.
You have the following experience:
  • C1-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • At least eight years of professional experience, including four years in a leadership role overseeing content and creative teams.
  • Deep expertise in brand storytelling, creative direction, and content strategy.
  • Proven experience with direct response, digital content performance, and cross-channel execution (e.g. social media, CRM, paid media, packaging).
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, legal requirements, and fast-paced industries such as beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, Figma, Adobe, and Google Workspace—or the ability to adopt them quickly.
