Job Description:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead the company’s digital presence and lead generation initiatives across multiple channels. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with hands-on execution, allowing you to leverage advanced marketing automation tools and creative content development to drive business growth. You’ll manage comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting high-value commercial property investors and business owners, while working directly with the company founder to implement innovative digital strategies. This position offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and strategic thinking, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company’s market presence and growth trajectory.


Responsibilities
  • Drive email marketing strategy using GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, creating sophisticated campaign sequences for a 3,000+ investor database
  • Design and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Create compelling marketing materials and professional content using Canva and other design tools
  • Develop and implement strategic email campaigns to a network of 2,200+ real estate agents
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to identify and nurture qualified leads
  • Optimize Google Business presence and implement review generation strategies
  • Manage video content distribution and marketing across digital channels
  • Create and execute monthly strategic partner communications
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns targeting commercial property investors
  • Maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows
  • Provide strategic recommendations for digital marketing improvement based on performance data


Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate marketing or similar industry
  • Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) platform or similar CRM systems
  • Expert-level knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing and automation expertise
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Canva and digital content creation tools
  • Demonstrated experience in video content optimization and distribution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics and reporting
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing for high-value B2B services
  • Understanding of commercial real estate industry terminology and processes
  • Experience with AI, ChatGTP & Perplexity is required
