About the Role
We are looking for a capable and versatile Fullstack Developer to join our operations support team.
This role involves a combination of L1 support, proactive monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and implementing minor enhancements across both frontend and backend layers.
They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communications with professionalism while coordinating internally with L3, Engineering, and DevOps teams to drive timely and effective resolution.
The role also requires a strong technical foundation to analyze application behavior, identify recurring issues, and contribute to development for incremental feature improvements or UI/UX refinements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first and second line of support for application-related issues (L1)
- Perform proactive monitoring using tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, and APM dashboards
- Analyze logs, metrics, and system behaviors to troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes
- Debug frontend and backend code (React.js, FastAPI) to resolve UI bugs, API failures, and data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with internal teams (L3, Engineering, DevOps) for deeper triaging, hotfix testing, and escalation
- Implement minor bug fixes and low-impact feature enhancements, such as UI form changes, API data formatting, or display logic updates
- Maintain clear documentation of fixes and RCA learnings for knowledge base and process improvement
- Communicate effectively with c-suite & senior stakeholders (VP, SVP, EVP) while managing timelines and expectations
