Production Designer

About your role

We’re looking for a fast-moving, detail-obsessed Production Designer to join our Growth Marketing Team. If you love working in a high-energy, collaborative environment and can juggle multiple projects at once without missing a pixel, we’d love to meet you.

As a Production Designer, you'll be a key player in executing a range of creative deliverables from web assets to ads to helping to drive brand consistency and performance across all channels. You’ll be a part of our Marketing Design Team, ensuring quick turnarounds and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

How you will make a difference day to day

• Resize and optimize images for publishing across our website
• Design clean, conversion-focused landing page layouts
• Build and maintain our brand asset library for internal and external use
• Produce ads across multiple channels, formats, and sizes (paid social, display, programmatic, etc.)
• Partner with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver assets that meet both brand and performance goals
• Maintain consistency across all assets while following brand guidelines
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

What you’ll need

• 2–5 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or a related role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital production work
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Solid understanding of digital design best practices, including image optimization, responsive design, and accessibility
• Ability to work independently but also thrive in a highly collaborative team
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
