We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California-Based

Location: Fullerton, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We’re currently seeking a California-licensed LPCC who’s passionate about providing compassionate, culturally competent care in a fully remote setting. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or recently licensed and ready to grow, we welcome your unique skills, voice, and therapeutic style.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver individual, group, or family therapy via secure telehealth
  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care
  • Maintain progress notes and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, remote team when needed
  • Participate in optional case consultations, team huddles, and professional development
  • Choose your ideal caseload and set your own schedule

Requirements

  • Active LPCC license in California
  • Minimum 2 years of post-grad clinical experience preferred
  • Proficiency with or willingness to learn telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes)
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
  • A passion for helping diverse individuals navigate life’s challenges
  • Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions is a plus
