We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California-Based

Location: Fullerton, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

Deliver individual, group, or family therapy via secure telehealth

Maintain progress notes and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, remote team when needed
Participate in optional case consultations, team huddles, and professional development

Requirements

Active LPCC license in California
Minimum 2 years of post-grad clinical experience preferred
Proficiency with or willingness to learn telehealth platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes)
Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team
