RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Cuidar dos profissionais da equipe, estimulando o engajamento, o aperfeiçoamento de forma contínua e inspirando-os na busca pelos resultados que agreguem valor ao cliente;
• Acompanhar, mentorar e desenvolver sua equipe;
• Fomentar a excelência técnica do time, estimulando a melhoria contínua e fornecendo transparência das lacunas técnicas e fragilidades da equipe, construindo planos de ação junto ao Delivery Manager para o aumento da maturidade técnica;
• Auxiliar o Delivery Manager no controle financeiro da sua equipe, acompanhando a margem e gerando extrato de faturamento mensal da equipe;
• Prover visibilidade ao Delivery Manager dos entregáveis da equipe e eventuais situações de risco, buscando se antecipar aos seus acontecimentos;
• Consolidar o conhecimento do negócio e tecnologia do cliente para buscar maior proposição e apoiar na busca de oportunidades no dia a dia;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experiência na liderança e coordenação de projetos de desenvolvimento de software e equipes multifuncionais;
• Experiência no acompanhamento e gestão de indicadores de entrega, financeiros e planejamento;
• Experiência em projetos de Escopo Aberto e Escopo Fechado;
• Experiência na gestão da construção de produtos digitais;
• Vivência em projetos modelo waterfall e modelo ágil;
• Perfil dinâmico, comunicativo e organizado;
• Disponibilidade para viagens;
• Desejável: Certificação PMP. Conhecimento e compreensão de metodologias/frameworks de gerenciamento de projetos, como PMBOK, Prince2, Scrum e Kanban.
