I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in USA for a  System Architect Salesforce Healthcare Cloud Consultant to work on a project with one of our international clients!

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong Salesforce Health Cloud expertise, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and delivering solutions that address complex healthcare challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, and ensure successful adoption and optimization.


Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges in the healthcare sector.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify areas for improvement in workflows and processes.
- Present solutions and recommendations to client stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet client-specific needs.
- Configure Health Cloud features, including but not limited to: Patient/Member 360 views, Care coordination workflows, Care plans, Provider relationship management, Utilization Management, Prior Authorizations
- Develop and implement solutions related to payer workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with other systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), CRM, and other relevant healthcare applications.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
- Ensure solutions comply with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other data privacy and security requirements.
- Develop strategies for handling both clinical and administrative data within Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Design and implement data migration and integration strategies.
- Implement data security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and audit logging.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and quality assurance testers.


Requirements for this challenge:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry processes, including patient management, care coordination, provider operations, and payer operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud data model, features, and functionality.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and methods (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP).
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and ICD-10.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Nice to have
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with managed package implementations within Health Cloud.
- Knowledge of value-based care and population health management concepts.
- Experience with Contact Center integration with Salesforce Health Cloud (e.g., CTI, Omni-Channel).
- Experience with Salesforce Payer solutions.
