What You’ll Do
Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other key channels.
Manage budgets ranging from $10K to $500K/month, consistently driving profitable growth.
Collaborate with U.S.-based creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
Test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
Set up proper tracking, monitor performance, and report on key metrics.
Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta + Google are must-haves)
Experience scaling DTC brands or ecommerce clients in the U.S. market.
Strong analytical and reporting skills—comfortable owning performance and insights.
Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and testing frameworks.
Fluent in English (written + spoken) and comfortable collaborating with U.S. clients remotely.
Based in LATAM, working U.S. business hours (PST, CST, or EST).
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working in a U.S. agency or startup environment.
Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or Postscript.
Experience with CRO and landing page optimization.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and eComm platforms
