Position Summary
Labcorp’s Clinical and Digital Solutions organization is seeking a Product Management Senior Director to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that support and enhance the patient experience. This individual will own the product vision, drive roadmap planning, and oversee market execution for patient-facing digital solutions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of healthcare, product strategy, and market needs—and is comfortable collaborating across engineering, clinical operations, sales, support, and marketing teams.
This role requires a leader who is customer-focused, commercially savvy, and technically grounded, with a proven ability to translate business goals into actionable product initiatives that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap for patient-facing digital solutions
Develop strategic product plans based on market research, customer feedback, internal stakeholder input, and competitive landscape
Lead discovery and quantification of customer pain points to prioritize high-value solutions
Develop and communicate compelling value propositions and business cases for product investments
Identify and prioritize opportunities on the roadmap aligned with Labcorp’s strategic goals and customer needs
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop effective commercial strategies for product launches
Analyze and respond to competitive trends and alternative solutions in the market
Monitor product performance, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure product enhancements drive measurable impact
Partner closely with engineering, clinicians, project management, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and adoption
Influence and engage with senior leaders and executive stakeholders across the organization
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
Required Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles
Proven track record in the healthcare industry; technical, data analytics, informatics, software, or IT solutions
Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to develop and articulate compelling business cases
Solid technical aptitude; ability to translate market problems into technology-enabled solutions
Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and working with executive leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with executive presence
Proven ability to build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders including physicians and IT leaders
Strong mentoring and team leadership capabilities
Experience with software development life cycle methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe
Bachelor’s degree required
Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree, MBA or relevant technical/healthcare field
Experience working in patient engagement, patient access, or digital health solutions
Background in working with regulated healthcare environments, e.g., HIPAA, FDA, etc.
Experience launching products in complex healthcare ecosystems, including provider and payer integration
Prior experience with digital marketplaces or commercialization of SaaS products in healthcare

Pay Range: $165,000 - $185,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
