Data Analyst Senior - Secret Clearance Required to Start!

This position is a Helix Remedy Reporting Administrator and Developer role on the NESD Helix engineering team. Your duties will include:

● Administrate the Reporting Solution

● Work with peers to create reports, data insights, and overall data intelligence solutions

● Develop Standards of Practice and Standard Operating Procedures to effectively manage Report and Report Solution development

● Work with peers to manage the underlying data structure and report performance of the report tools and solutions

● Work with customers and leadership to provide meaningful solutions

● Lead and execute report projects including upgrades and migrations

● Manage current and future work through the utilization of JIRA and agile work products

● Track and record Changes to the system

● Cross train on Helix System Development to further capitalize on Report Capability

● Work with the team on on-call rotation to support the Helix environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: SQL, Smart Reporting or Equivalent Report Tool experience
● Security Clearance Level: Secret
● Required Skills and Abilities: Report Development, Data Analysis, Customer Service Skills, Code Development
● Preferred Skills: JIRA, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Helix Development
● Location: Remote
● US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
