Position Overview: Compugen is seeking a System Administrator for a 3 month contract working remotely. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and b available to work ADT. Key Responsibilities:

High degree of attention to detail, as well as the ability to understand complex technical concepts and the need to maintain broad and in-depth technical knowledge of aspects of Microsoft Active Directory, O365/Azure and server operating systems.
Administrate Windows/Linux/Cloud-based endpoints (servers);
Create, suspend and erase security account;
Diagnose and resolve outages;
Support OS-related systems;
Complete complex planned interventions (installations, modifications, etc.);
Manages communication with the teams on upgrade, new solutions, etc.;
Follows ITSM ITIL processes for Changes Request, Service requests as well as Incidents and problem management;
Prepares reports for the management as required;

Skills & Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish is required
3+ years’ experience in supporting infrastructure environment;
Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Cloud support for Servers;
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with Entra ID
Demonstrated Customer Service skills including presenting and/or discussing technical details with clients;
Experience in the support of infrastructure operations;
Platform related certifications (i.e. Microsoft MCSE/MCSA, etc.);
Knowledge in SCCM/SCVMM desirable.
