As we expand in Europe, we’re on the hunt for a Mid-level Business Central Consultant to join our growing Delivery & Client Care team!

We're looking for a Mid-Level D365 BC Consultant to join our Team—a dynamic group of professionals committed to delivering high-value support and improvements to our global clients.

Location: Ukraine (Remote), Poland (Remote) 
Reporting to: BC Practice Leader 
POD: Delivery

 

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and enhancing our clients’ D365 BC environments. You’ll handle a mix of support, small projects, and optimizations that will challenge you and help you grow into a senior-level expert.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving advanced support tickets and service requests
  • Analyzing client business processes and recommending improvements
  • Performing configurations, data updates, and customizations
  • Collaborating with developers on more technical requirements (e.g., AL extensions)
  • Interact daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects to implement and support Dynamics 365 BC
  • Supporting clients across time zones, primarily in Europe and North America
  • Continuously developing your product knowledge and consulting skills

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
  • Good understanding of key functional areas like finance, supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently on support issues and smaller projects
  • Strong communication skills—especially when working with international clients
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new features, tools, and best practices
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Bonus points for:

  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role
  • Familiarity with AL development or Power Platform tools
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 BC.
