We are looking for a full-time self-motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer. You will be instrumental in designing intuitive, engaging, and effective interfaces for our web and mobile apps, catering to both businesses and creators. With your deep understanding of user experience and visual design, you will drive the creation of products that resonate with our diverse user base, ensuring Insense remains a leader in the Creator Commerce space.

📍This role is open to anyone in AMER or EMEA timezone.

⏰ For EMEA candidates, you must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST.

Who we are looking for

Required:

A proactive approach to identifying and solving design challenges.
4+ years of experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing the experience.
Demonstrated skills for UX writing: Defining terminology, writing clear and consistent UX copy
Experience with designing and running user research, as well as integrating user feedback into design decisions.
Ability to make data-informed, user-centered design decisions throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery to handoff.
Experience in working with & developing design systems, and maintaining design consistency across a large product.
Ability to work independently and in a fully remote setting,
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
A track record of implementing designs that have positively impacted business metrics.
Experience with managing & aligning stakeholders around design direction & decisions.

Bonus points:

Advanced Figma skills for scalable component libraries, variant-driven layouts, and rapid interactive prototypes
A customer-facing role in the CV (customer support, account management, sales)
Familiarity with front-end development practices and technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with Amplitude, MixPanel, or any equivalent tool

Responsibilities

Ensure design consistency and coherence across all Insense platforms and touch points.
Advocate for the user, ensuring that user-centered design principles are applied to address customer needs and pain points.
