About the Role

Are you passionate about data and skilled at using Microsoft Power BI to convert data into compelling visualizations? This Jr. Reporting Analyst role in our Sales Planning, Reporting, and Business Analytics Team will support the report-building needs of our Sales Channels by presenting data in innovative ways to help facilitate and enable conversations with customers. This is a critical function to drive client satisfaction and retention, as well as to increase efficiency within our Sales Channel.

What you’ll do:

Leverage Power BI to build compelling data visualizations
Enhance existing Power BI reports by executing incoming requests from report users and other stakeholders
Query data from existing data models to support data requests from Sales and Sales Leadership
Support other ad hoc reporting requirements
Succinctly communicate data and insights to Sales and Sales Leadership
Champion the standardization and use of data in reporting
Understand business drivers that contribute to growth

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar reporting & analytics role
Experienced Power BI user or equivalent experience with visualization tools (required)
Advanced Excel experience (required)
Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
Experience working with Sales or Customer data in a B2B environment (preferred)
Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce.com) is highly beneficial
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment, and the ability to understand the implications of what the data is telling us
High degree of focus and attention to detail is a must
Must be willing to work 9am-6pm Eastern Timezone
