Role Summary
Raytheon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Digital Transformation Manager to join our Supply Chain Digital Solutions team. This role focuses on identifying critical areas for digital solutions and system integrations across Supply Chain with a focus on understanding business goals that can be mapped to digital solutions to drive business value. This role will collaborate across RTX Supply Chain to understand existing technology solutions or technology gaps which can inform our Raytheon digital investment strategy. This role will be key to understanding the market for Supply Chain solutions and providing guidance through various digital transformation initiatives, which will include trade studies between external integrations and internal solution development. A successful candidate will serve as a trusted strategic partner to key areas within Supply Chain (planning, procurement, sourcing, etc) by fostering strong relationships across RTX and contributing to the development of shared goals, initiatives, and improvement targets over the next 3-5 years.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify critical areas for digital solutions or system integrations across the supply chain to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic guidance through digital transformations, including long-range planning, strategic financial planning, annual operating planning, and demand management.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner, fostering strong relationships across RTX to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of shared goals, initiatives, and improvement targets alignment over the next 3-5 years.
  • Act as a liaison between Digital Technology and Supply Chain, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain awareness of industry and technology trends, conduct evaluations, and make recommendations for implementation to keep Raytheon at the forefront of innovation.
  • Prioritize enhancements to internally developed applications in support of overall business strategy and identify technology debt.
  • Support or lead the implementation of next-gen supply chain platforms, including predictive analytics tools, generative AI, RPA, and other advanced technologies.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and management to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional and cross-business initiatives to drive organizational success. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, digital transformation, or related fields within the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, data integration, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Ability to foster relationships and act as a strategic partner across various business units.
  • Experience with next-gen supply chain platforms, predictive analytics tools, generative AI, RPA, and other advanced technologies.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage complex initiatives.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
