About the Role

Litify is seeking a dynamic and talented Salesforce Trainer (Product Enablement Manager) to join our Professional Services team.

A Product Enablement Manager’s typical day consists of prepping for or facilitating live training for customers and partners. In addition to training, a day might involve creating engaging eLearning content, revising technical documentation, and developing instructional and certification programming.

You are someone who enjoys working collaboratively and independently, and are comfortable researching independently and reaching out for guidance. You have extensive experience working in a customer-facing role. You are creative, and enjoy both problem solving and big-picture planning. You thrive in a fast-paced start up environment, and are looking for opportunities to grow your own technical skills. Salesforce certifications are not required, but a plus, and you will have the opportunity to earn certifications in your time at Litify.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive functional and technical understanding of the core solutions offered by Litify
  • Develop and deliver instructional content and live training events for  implementation partners and internal resources focused on configuration
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs for end users and system administrators based on the unique needs of each client org
  • Review product documentation to determine gaps and create plan for external and internal facing documentation
  • Develop and maintain onboarding and certification programs for clients and partners
  • Assist in configuring, monitoring, and evolving an LMS

You have:

  • Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce
  • Experience creating technical documentation, job aides, and/or delivering live training
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to major stakeholders
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS product (or similarly complex product)
  • Flexibility to travel with limited notice up to 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong salesforce background and an interest in growing technical skills; SF credentials not required but a plus
  • Any kind of training experience a plus, even informal (from creating job aides to delivering live training)
