You must closely work with vendor towards the business requirements in terms of bank product enhancement and defect fixes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate tactfully and effectively with business users and team members.
Ability to customize Workflows to meet changing business requirements.
Ability to work with the business process like multichannel account opening process, onboarding new customers, configure maintenance processes.
Ability to understand the business roles and customize application to handle under role-based functionalities.
