JOB TITLE: Part Time Virtual Assistant

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
I really would like someone who can come look at what we have, make recommendations, and execute a targeted plan for a short duration project. I would like this person to be able to lead a conversation about our challenges and needs, help us refine the scope of work for this project, as well as execute on communication and follow up independently.
Email Management:
Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
Organize and categorize emails for efficient retrieval and follow-up.
Draft, proofread, and send out emails based on company guidelines and objectives.
Communication Support:
Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Coordinate with team members to gather information needed for effective communication.
Maintain a professional tone and address inquiries or issues promptly.
Social Media Assistance:
Support the social media team in creating and scheduling posts across various platforms.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.
Assist in developing content ideas and strategies for social media campaigns.
Marketing Support:
Help with the execution of marketing campaigns by preparing materials and managing schedules.
Assist in tracking marketing metrics and compiling reports on campaign performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Someone who can assess the current situation, provide recommendations, and execute a targeted plan.
Email & Account Management
Experience in administrative support, with a strong focus on email and communication tasks.
Cyber Security / Data Privacy experience or passion

Technical Skills: Proficiency in email management tools, and familiarity with social media platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Social Media Knowledge: Basic understanding of social media trends and best practices.
