Job Summary:
As our FL Denials Mitigation Manager, you will be the go-to expert for identifying denial trends and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve. You will be responsible for managing and leading meetings, analyzing denial data by category and impact, as well as identifying solutions and prevention. To thrive in this role, you must possess time management, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:•
Weekly initial denial data pulls and reviews to be completed, to identify areas of opportunity by impact.
Collaborate through regular scheduled meetings with both internal and external partners, to discuss root cause analysis and identify solutions in denials prevention.
Create and maintain action plans, capturing identified solutions and leading accountability efforts in denial prevention and reduction.
Present and communicate denial reduction efforts through monthly denials steering committee meetings with executive leadership.
Review and provide client month end reports.
Generate client ad-hoc reports upon request
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in denial management/revenue cycle management working with hospitals.
Experience working in business intelligence tools; Power BI, Tableau, or related tools along
Experience working with Microsoft Suite Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint required.
