Employment Logistics
The Compensation Analyst maintains and manages compensation related information, tools, and resources critical in the administration and analysis of the Company’s compensation programs and plans. This role partners with other HR Teams, finance department and outside consultants to ensure the accurate and timely administration of the Company’s pay practices, policies, and procedures. This is a hands-on day to day administration of compensation function, as well as project work.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
2-5 years of related experience.
Excellent excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail.
Excellent written/verbal communication and relationship building skills.
Solid understanding of computer systems and compensation databases.
Able to work in a fast-paced continually changing environment.
Able to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Detailed Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements
Strong detail orientation and focus on accuracy.
Has project management experience.
Your Mission In Motion
Performs basic Data Analysis and Analytics regarding compensation Supports the day-to-day administration of all compensation programs.
Conduct market pricing, participate in salary surveys, routine, and ad hoc reports, and oversee the organization's pay structure.
Serves as point of contact for answering compensation questions from leadership.
Develop and manage job company job description process.
Manage and administer the bonus, incentive, and commission plans.
Partners with external consultants for compensation planning and design.
Prepares and delivers compensation presentations for executive leadership.
Paving Your Way To Your Success
Monitors the effectiveness of compensation programs, policies, guidelines and procedures, and recommends revisions or new plans that are cost effective and consistent with the compensation strategy and philosophy.
Manage and maintain rewards and recognition programs
Compensation modelling and cost analysis for existing and proposed total rewards programs and initiatives.
Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
Manages preparation and delivery of communication and education materials for compensation programs.
