Your role, your impact

In this role, you will provide project management direction and advice to clients and team members, driving growth and success. You will manage the business analysis, the implementation, and software development life cycles of projects within the Microsoft space, focusing on ERP, CRM and BI.

You will oversee all aspects of project financials, including budget, accounts receivable, project planning and estimation, resource planning, project delivery, and implementation. You manage client expectations and foster strong relationships.

You will handle large and complex projects, ensure SOX compliance, and oversee all project resources, including mentoring, billing utilization, performance reviews, career development, conflict management, team dynamics, and motivation. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing change orders and assisting in the proposal writing for new work.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 20% of the time.

Your day-to-day

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications;
• Oversee project budgets, resource utilization, and profitability;
• Develop project plans and milestones;
• Report status to internal and external management to ensure SOX compliance;
• Produce and present monthly project financials to the executive team;
• Draft proposals and participate in new business development efforts;
• Enhance collaboration and organizational culture between leadership and project management teams;
• Provide project management leadership to clients and the team;
• Conduct interviews and assess the skills of both new hires and current employees.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, MIS, or in a related technical discipline (with a minimum of 5 current consecutive years of experience as a project manager, preferably, with 2 of these years having been in ERP project management):
• Specialized training or 4 years of additional experience may substitute for an advanced degree.
• Active in ERP project management today;
• Experience of delivering a minimum of 5 ERP manufacturing implementations;
• Proficiency in leading the customer in a rapid manufacturing deployment;
• Ability to act as both a business consultant and as a project manager.
  

Extra edge

• Master’s degree in management, business, MIS, a related technical discipline or an MBA;
• Experience working for a manufacturing company.
