Program Overview
About The Role
We are hiring! Our FRB Program is looking for a Systems Engineer. The qualified individual will join our Tools team to support multiple tools within our account. This is a fulltime, remote position.
What you will do:
The position requires the ability to manage and troubleshoot as well as plan and implement releases/patches/upgrades.
Will do tool expert updates documentation, manages (create/update/close/resolve) change/incident tickets.
This person will also follows ITSM processes for tasks to complete installs and validations. Tools including:
OpenText Loadrunner Enterprise
Splunk UF (agents only)
IBM License Metric Tool
Installation of other agents utilizing automation jobs
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the degree
System administration experience for Windows, Solaris and RHEL OS
Experience in Scripting i.e. .bat or.sh
Strong investigation and troubleshooting skills
Must be a self-starter and work with limited direction
Experience with automation tools and updating/creating/running jobs
Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Java and Perl a plus
Knowledge of OpenText, Splunk and IBM tools a plus
AWS Certification and knowledge of tools a plus
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range
Details
Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
