Program Overview

About The Role

We are hiring! Our FRB Program is looking for a Systems Engineer. The qualified individual will join our Tools team to support multiple tools within our account. This is a fulltime, remote position.

What you will do:

  • The position requires the ability to manage and troubleshoot as well as plan and implement releases/patches/upgrades.
  • Will do tool expert updates documentation, manages (create/update/close/resolve) change/incident tickets.
  • This person will also follows ITSM processes for tasks to complete installs and validations. Tools including:
    • OpenText Loadrunner Enterprise
    • Splunk UF (agents only)
    • IBM License Metric Tool
    • Installation of other agents utilizing automation jobs
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the degree
  • System administration experience for Windows, Solaris and RHEL OS
  • Experience in Scripting i.e. .bat or.sh
  • Strong investigation and troubleshooting skills
  • Must be a self-starter and work with limited direction
  • Experience with automation tools and updating/creating/running jobs
  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Java and Perl a plus
  • Knowledge of OpenText, Splunk and IBM tools a plus
  • AWS Certification and knowledge of tools a plus

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
