Key responsibilities:

Perform engineering end-user support activities for users on Enovia/CATIA and other CAD/PDM applications.

Provide assistance, methodologies, coaching, and floor walking in line with corporate standards and procedures.

Support both local and remote vehicle development teams.

Ensure compliance with corporate standards and facilitate effective use of CAD/PDM applications for vehicle development.

Exposure to ITIL framework.
