Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our Property & Casualty (P&C) team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Analyze claim details to identify potential issues and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and track claim status to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the team in achieving performance targets and goals.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office.
  • Have experience in Auto
  • Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display a customer-centric approach and commitment to service excellence.

Certifications Required

Certification in MS Office or relevant field preferred.
