RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS


Position Overview:

This a collaborative role that is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and technical support for mobile phone services at Boston Consulting Group. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing device orders, and overseeing service management tasks such as activations and terminations. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer experiences through clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and a commitment to resolving technical challenges promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Provide technical troubleshooting for mobile devices and related services.

·      Assist customers in ordering mobile devices and accessories.

·      Guide customers through the setup and activation of their mobile services.

·      Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

·      Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

·      Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

·      Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and offerings.

·      Educate customers on best practices for device usage and maintenance.

·      Address customer concerns promptly to mitigate frustration.
