Bachelor’s degree

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct credentialing for providers, facilities, and vendors in alignment with regulations and company policies
Prepare materials and presentations for credentialing committee meetings and vendor oversight reviews
Support audit processes for vendor delegations and ensure compliance with contractual terms
Review and coordinate directory updates and postings with third-party vendors
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure credentialing accuracy
Identify and support continuous improvement of credentialing processes
Report issues and follow up with management to resolve discrepancies
