We are seeking a PowerApps Developer to play a pivotal role. This position focuses on the development and maintenance of custom business applications using the Microsoft PowerApps Platform. Responsibilities

• Core Development: Design, develop, and maintain multi-screen Power Apps that cater to the specific needs of the HCC CTI organization.
• Data Integration: Connect various data sources to Power Apps, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for end-users.
• SharePoint Management: Manage SharePoint sites and lists, facilitating effective document management and collaboration within the organization.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for application development.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support application development and maintenance efforts.
• Scalable Architecture: Ensure that applications are built on a scalable architecture, allowing for future enhancements and integrations.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in development processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• PowerApps Development: Proficiency in building custom applications using the Microsoft PowerApps platform, including experience with canvas and model-driven apps.
• Power Automate: Experience in automating workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance application functionality and efficiency.
• SharePoint: Strong knowledge of SharePoint for managing sites, lists, and libraries, as well as integrating SharePoint with PowerApps.
• Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing requirements and deliver iterative improvements.
• SQL Server: Familiarity with SQL Server for database management, including writing queries and optimizing data retrieval for applications.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of the SDLC process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Business Logic Design: Knowledge of business logic design principles to ensure that applications meet user needs and business objectives.
• Microsoft Power Platform: Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and how they interconnect.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to engage with business stakeholders and think strategically, rather than solely focusing on technical tasks.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Power BI: Understanding of Power BI for data visualization and reporting, enabling users to gain insights from the data integrated into PowerApps.
• Database Development: Experience in database development, including schema design, data modeling, and performance tuning.

• Azure Blob Storage: Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage is a plus, as it can differentiate candidates.
