Job Summary
As a VP, Sales for North America, you will build and coach a sales team consisting of second line Sales Managers, first line Managers and Account Executives. You will lead a highly consultative sales motion, achieving revenue targets through short and long-term sales strategy, people development, increasing the sales pipeline, forecasting, building relationships, and representing Enable at customer meetings and industry events.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate a predictable pipeline and lead a market making sales motion and team, developing Managers and Account Executives to position value for enterprise prospects. Approach your business as a “franchise owner” with a high level of accountability for outcomes and strategizing with the CRO and stakeholders on removing barriers to success. Mentor, manage, and build your sales team, ensuring effective ramp of new hires and continued improvement of sales productivity across the team. Provide tactical and strategic territory, account, and opportunity leadership. Provide insights that guide ongoing development of sales enablement assets, programs, and processes. Adhere to the company’s operational framework ensuring all sales tools are leveraged effectively and data entry/reporting requirements are met. Align with Marketing team on demand generation deliverables and sales goals. Partner with the Customer Success and Client Services teams to ensure post-sale customerKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesA clear understanding of value-based selling with a track record of achieving targeted results. Strong EQ skills, able to build strong relationships internally and externally while inspiring and driving a team to deliver results. Exceptional talent attraction and people development abilities. Value selling across complex enterprises. Required Education and Experience A minimum 12+ years of related leadership experience with at least 8+ years of second line people management experience. Track record of sales success using “Command of the Message” and MEDDPICC as a leader. Previous experience leading sales for a market-making enterprise B2B SaaS company preferred. Total Rewards:
