Job description

About Lamark Media

Lamark Media (“Lamark”) is an integrated digital marketing firm driven by a simple philosophy: create extraordinary marketing campaigns that yield positive, measurable results for clients and strategic partners. Since our founding in 2009, we’ve built a full-service platform with an agnostic approach to digital media, performance, and creative strategy—designed to drive scalable, sustainable growth for ambitious brands.

Our proprietary omni-channel strategy development approach combines best-in-class digital media, data-driven creative, advanced analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to craft custom marketing portfolios that evolve with the marketplace and customer behavior.

Role Overview

Lamark Media is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Integrated Performance Marketing to lead the strategy, development, and execution of omnichannel marketing programs across a diverse portfolio of clients. This executive-level role is responsible for owning the development of full-funnel integrated marketing plans—spanning paid media, strategy, creative, messaging, media mix modeling, landing page optimization, and channel performance analytics.

As the leader of the Integrated Performance department, you will oversee a team of strategists and Integrated Performance Managers (IPMs), acting as a strategic architect, people manager, and senior client partner. You will partner cross-functionally with media, creative, analytics, CRO, and business development teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing programs that outperform benchmarks and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the development of integrated performance strategies that align with client business goals across acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Guide strategic media planning across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Influencer, Trade, Radio, Email, SMS, ABM, and emerging platforms.
  • Define holistic media mix models based on audience insights, attribution modeling, past performance, and real-time market data.

Integrated Marketing & Creative Oversight

  • Oversee the integration of creative strategy, messaging frameworks, and landing page CRO into paid media planning for cohesive and high-performing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to ensure performance creative is tailored to channel nuances, audience intent, and conversion goals.
  • Direct research and audience segmentation to inform messaging and asset strategy across funnel stages.

Client Engagement & Performance

  • Serve as senior client-facing lead, translating complex performance data into actionable insights and clear narratives.
  • Present strategic recommendations, media plans, and quarterly business reviews with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner with business development and client services teams to expand relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term success.

Team Development & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of IPMs and strategists, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Standardize and scale processes across the Integrated Performance department to improve quality, speed, and output.
  • Establish and share best practices, frameworks, and performance playbooks across internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

  • 7–10+ years in a performance media agency or integrated marketing leadership role, with proven experience managing large-scale digital media strategies.
  • Experience working with B2C and B2B clients, preferably across multiple industries such as e-commerce, lead generation, healthcare, retail, and tech.
  • Deep understanding of paid media channels and marketing technology, including:
    • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, SnapChat, YouTube, Pinterest, Criteo, LiveRamp…etc.
    • Programmatic DSPs, OTT/CTV platforms, Radio/Audio, Amazon Advertising
    • ESPs (Klaviyo, MailChimp), SMS tools, and CRM platforms
    • 3rd-party attribution platforms (Rockerbox preferred), GA4, Tableau, or other analytics tools.

Strategic & Analytical Skills

  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical acumen and the ability to connect insights to strategy.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel campaign architecture, media measurement, attribution, and ROI optimization.
  • Comfortable leading high-level conversations on customer journey, creative testing, conversion optimization, and advanced targeting strategies.

Leadership & Communication

  • Inspiring leader and team builder with a collaborative mindset and strong operational discipline.
  • Clear and confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.

What You’ll Gain

  • Leadership opportunity in a fast-growing digital marketing agency with a track record of innovation.
  • The ability to shape the future of omnichannel performance marketing for high-growth brands.
