This is a remote position.

Job Title: SDET – Python, AWS Automation Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer with a focus on Python programming and AWS cloud technologies.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with AWS services:

S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, CloudWatch, and Kafka

Proficient in automation testing using tools such as:

pytest
boto3 (AWS SDK for Python)
TestNG and Spring Boot test for backend testing

Demonstrated ability to build and manage automation frameworks using Python.

Work Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Systems Analysts, and Developers to ensure quality in delivery.
Design and implement automation frameworks and test suites in Python.
Execute and manage automated test scripts during and after product deployment.
Contribute to GitLab pipeline integration for continuous testing and deployment.
Take ownership of test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Actively mentor and support developers and QA automation teams.
Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging code and systems.

Note:

· We are specifically looking for a candidate with deep Python expertise who can build automation frameworks from scratch and is comfortable working in an AWS cloud-based environment.
