Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Knoxville, TN, USA, Eastern Time (with 1-hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities:
1.AI Tool & Agent Management • Evaluate, test, and implement AI tools (e.g., GPTs, copilots, chatbots, automation platforms) aligned to business needs. • Build and manage GPTs, internal chatbots, and prompt libraries for teams. • Ensure integrations align with company data policy and cybersecurity best practices.
2.AI Governance & Security • Establish and maintain policies for responsible AI use (data privacy, prompt engineering, model usage). • Collaborate with leadership to vet and approve external AI tools and APIs. • Monitor AI usage to identify risks, shadow AI, or misuse.
3.Staff Enablement & Support • Provide 1:1 coaching and support to team members implementing AI in their workflows. • Create short guides, training videos, and AI recipes tailored to each department. • Maintain a shared AI knowledge base with updates, toolkits, and prompt examples.
4.AI Opportunity Discovery • Partner with department leaders to identify high-impact, repeatable use cases. • Proactively seek out bottlenecks where automation or AI augmentation can unlock capacity. • Track ROI and adoption metrics for AI initiatives.
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate across teams (Ops, Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to build alignment on tool use. • Lead internal pilots and phased rollouts for AI implementations. • Ensure new tools integrate with existing systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing, workflow).
6.Stay Ahead of the Curve • Monitor trends in AI tools, LLM advancements, and automation platforms. • Bring forward emerging tools or strategies for quarterly planning. • Act as RCN’s internal AI evangelist—translating hype into practical value.
Requirements
Proven experience working with AI tools (e.g., GPTs, chatbots, automation platforms).
Ability to evaluate, test, and implement AI tools for business use.
Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity best practices.
Skilled in prompt engineering and managing internal AI agents or chatbots.
Familiarity with system integration (e.g., CRM, ticketing, workflow tools).
Basic knowledge of ROI tracking and performance measurement.
Strong communication skills to train and support staff on AI tools.
Ability to create clear guides, videos, and support materials.
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams (e.g., Sales, Ops, Finance).
Comfortable leading pilots, workshops, and internal rollouts.
Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
Proactive in discovering automation use cases and solving workflow bottlenecks.
Track record of aligning AI solutions with business goals and team needs.
Keeps up with the latest trends in AI and automation.
Willing to bring forward new ideas and tools for ongoing improvement.
Passionate about responsible AI use and acting as an internal advocate for smart AI adoption.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related), or equivalent experience.
Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar is a plus.
