This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 20 hours/week, 4 hours daily with potential for full-time transition
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm

Are you a skilled recruiter with a sharp eye for sales talent and a passion for fast-paced, high-volume hiring? We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our remote team and play a key role in identifying top candidates for sales positions across the country.


In this role, you’ll conduct screening calls, pre-qualify applicants based on clear criteria, and manage candidate information in our CRM system (Hubspot or Zoho). You'll also support the hiring process through thoughtful communication, document handling, and coordination with hiring managers.

Scope:

  • Managing approximately 80-100 outbound calls daily
  • Target of connecting with 25+ candidates per day
  • Project duration through June 2025
  • Supporting recruitment target of 100 sales positions within 60 days


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screening calls with sales position applicants
  • Pre-qualify candidates based on established criteria (sales experience, transportation availability, etc.)
  • Manage applicant tracking within CRM system (Hubspot/Zoho)
  • Process and organize candidate documentation
  • Send follow-up communications via email and text
  • Coordinate with hiring manager for second-round interviews
  • Assist with administrative tasks including hotel bookings for training
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the CRM

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment or HR experience
  • Strong English communication skills with neutral accent
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Zoho, or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of sales recruitment and hiring processes
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling (80-100 calls daily)
  • Proficiency in using multiple software applications
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Professional phone manner and interview capabilities
